• +/- 1 Hour spraying on full pressure to establish 100% functioning of pump.
• Total strip down, re-spray and rebuild?.

Our standard service on Electric Diaphragm Airless Pumps includes:

• Motor & pump check/wet end.
• Hydraulic oil change.
• Standard replacement of Filters.
• Standard replacement of Packing’s.
• Intake and exhaust valve checked or replaced.
• +/- 1 Hour spraying on full pressure to establish 100% functioning of pump.
• Accessible drive gears greased.
• General clean down.
