Designed for efficiency and precision, our electric pumps deliver consistent pressure control and excellent finish quality. Capable of spraying medium-viscosity coatings such as latex, acrylics, primers, varnish, epoxy and elastomeric coatings — similar in performance to top international models like the EP450 series.
Ideal for high-viscosity coatings, our pneumatic and hydraulic units operate up to 500 bar—perfect for heavy industrial coatings such as intumescent paint or thick primers. These designs use high pressure ratios (e.g. 63:1, 95:1) offering capability beyond standard requirements (80 – 180 bar typical).

Airless spray technology provides high transfer efficiency, speed, and uniform coverage—even with challenging coatings. Unlike traditional spray, it requires minimal thinning and reduces overspray and drying time.
Electric or petrol models are suitable for coatings with volume solids below ~65%
Pneumatic or hydraulic models better handle >70% solids or thick coatings
Pump output (LPM) must support your chosen spray tip and hose length. Higher viscosity and long hose runs demand more flow and pressure. Capricorn engineers assist you in selecting the ideal ratio and pump spec.
